Twisting Seat Belt Stalk

I'm installing a Chicco Keyfit in the center rear seat of a 2008 Toyota Tundra double cab. To get the base as tight as possible, I have to twist the stalk of the seat belt so the buckle doesn't interfere when snapping the car seat into the base. Is there a limit on the number of rotations I can make?

Yes there is a limit. :) Up to 3 full (360°) twists can be made in the female buckle stalk. Hopefully, that will do it for you!
