When the Symphony was released last year, I was in awe of it's beauty. However, this weekend, I finally got the chance to visit it's deliciousness at my local Babies R Us. I loved the seat. It felt solid, good-quality. But I have one bone to pick with you...If you already make one seat with a tall shell(EFTA, which my DS still fits in RF), why oh why can you not at least match that with the Symphony?

Do the instructions say to measure from the shell or the wings? 'Cause those wings to waaay up, it's a shame if they're not usable RF.

The Evenflo engineer at Lifesavers said you can measure by the wings. With the wings up my DD2 would have still fit rfing by height until 6.5 years.

I agree! I played with two sat at a car seat check and it really is a cool seat! I LOVED the latch! There are rumors that they are going to test it try to make it go to 50 lbs.

Yeah, and that mondo enormous base is supposed to be missing from the next version. Currently you do have to remove it for booster use.
