improved Frontier covers (no more mesh in the seat??)

Someone posted a while back she saw a new Frontier (pink ) that had no mesh in the seat part. It was the soft gray down the middle with black sides....

Anyone else see one like that??

I'm wondering if it's an improvement Britax made. Our (second in 1 year) cover is looking horrible......wondering how long until I can buy one of these "new" style covers

If they are out, I think they should let us trade up for a discount.

The Red Rock we have still looks pretty good (but it's in DH's car & doesn't get used as often). The Pink Sky in my car is....um....not HORRIBLE...but not great either, KWIM?

I would love if there was some truth to this because I really need to buy DD's new car seat and I don't want to buy a pink sky now and have them come out with a new cover in 2 weeks!

I have used mine very little, and it doesn't look good. Oh and whataboutpuppy noticed the gray piece around my cup holder is popping off, dang it.

She wrote a nice reply about stain guarding the dang Frontier.....then dropped this bomb ever so nonchalantly.....I posted back asking where she saw it, but she didn't reply.....I REALLY WANT TO KNOW!!! I'm about to call Britax myself but I always get, uh hem, a "certain" rep who isn't very helpful, and negates everything I ask about

We got the Sahara cover about a month ago. At that time it was the only non-mesh cover option. Would be interested to hear if they are going to replace those awful covers.
