Anyone know this stroller?

I place and ad on Freecycle for a jogging stroller and got an email back. I guess the stroller does not fold, but it can be taken apart easily. I'd just go look at it, but it's about 80 miles away, so I want to figure out what it is before I go.

Anyone know of any jogging strollers that don't fold at all?

Maybe a bike trailer/jogger combo?

I was looking at some of the older performance style joggers with the 20" wheels, I'm thinking it must be something like that.
