What are these?

I just noticed these on my Highrise today and have no idea what they are. It looks like you should be able to attach a belt positioner, but it didn't come with one and there is no mention of one in the manual. There is one on each side.

And another note, they expect $16 including shipping and handling for a replacement cover. I spent less than that on the entire seat! I guess any boy who ever needs to ride in it will have to deal with pink flowers.

Yeah, that looks like a place to put a belt positioner. But any child that is old/mature enough for a no back booster should'nt need one. I'm not sure why they didn't include one with the seat though, one came with my Nautilus.

Yes, I agree it shouldn't be needed in most cases and I do not use this seat with anyone who would need one. I was just curious if some Highrises had the positioners since mine did not.
