Anchoring in a 2009 Accord

We just got a Britax Marathon for our 8 month old and my husband installed it in his 2009 Honda Accord EX, rearfacing of course. The car has motorized seats and not the typical "track" for the seats. My question is, is there a way to still anchor the carseat? We can't seem to find a place to put it. Thanks for any advice!

You can tether using the D-ring to any metal part of the track that is bolted to the car. Try to do it as far back as possible, and make sure nobody in that seat moves the seat back too far. It should only restrict the movement of the front seat by about an inch.

It would be helpful if you posted pictures. Is it possible that there is a plastic cover covering the part of the seatleg that attaches to the floor?

These are pics for an 06 Honda Civic with manual adjust seats.

This shows the plastic covering on the seatleg. It isn't always necessary, but I like to remove it when tethering rearfacing.

Here is the d-ring wrapped around the driver's side seatleg, with the tether attached.

And the final product.
