Need a travel system recommendation

Hello!
I need to find a gender neutral, preferably not too bright, travel system with a front adjust for around $200. My cousin had registered for a travel system with a Safety First rear-adjust and I want to get her something a little better. I discussed it with her, and she is ok with me getting something else for her. I found a couple of Baby Trend ones, but I hear that base can be a pain to work with. No Evenflos please!

Plus, on the baby trends, the handle must be down when driving. There are just so many other choices that can be safely left up (Graco, Chicco, Dorel, Mia Moda, Britax), that's what drives me
