Another Blvd or Advocate?

We're getting another seat. Using our Titan for a spare ride for my sister or family in the event they have our DD.

So, currently we have a Blvd(in Shannon). Should we go with another Blvd or an Advocate(I love the brown and pink print). And what is the difference between the Blvd CS and the typical Blvd.

Well, you'll pardon my snark when I say the difference is about 20 bucks

The CS is a gimmick that supposedly tells the parent when the harness is tight enough by generating an audible click. Unfortunately, it clicks WELL before it's tight enough, so not only is it a gimmick, it's a dangerous one.

As for the Advocate, meh. Don't get me started.

IF you're looking for a convertible that lasts to 35 lbs rearfacing, the True Fit costs less and will last a lot longer.

The only good thing about the CS (compared to the BV) is that it comes in pretty, pretty princess Lauren.:p

I know! That's what print I was looking for. I just love the brown and pink on the advocate. But realistically that seat would take up more than 1/2 of my tiny backseat- and if the price isn't proven safety, it's useless.. IMO.

My friend has a true-fit. I'm not loving those as much as 99.9% of Britax's seats. I know it's safe- just doesn't look nearly as comfortable and padded. Maybe just blind eyes?

I've never heard of a kid complaining. I know rearfacing it's MORE comfortable...way more leg room.
