Which seat to travel with?

I'm flying to AZ mid-July and I've never flown with my kids. I will be flying with DD (stats in my siggy) and need to figure out what seat to take and if I should buy a new seat.

I will be traveling with abunch of other uneducated parents who really wont care how their seats are installed so I want it to be the easiest install possible. I'd hate to be the crazy car nut who held everybody up

The group I'm going with is paying for our airfare but I'm almost positive they are going to book DD as a lap child. I hate to rock the boat, but I really dont think I'm comfortable with that. What would you do?

Once we get to AZ we will take a van out to our destination.

Anyways I'm thinking an RA would be the best, as it is small but very easy to install.

I also have 2 RN XTs and a BLVD that DD could use.

I'd just tell them that she needs a seat and you'll pay for it if it's a problem.

I'd take the Roundabout.

RA it is then.

Also, what's the easiest way to travel. I'm clueless on traveling . I wont be taking a stroller and am going to a camp, so I need to pack as light as possible.

Get a Traveling Toddler, hook the RA up to a rolling suitcase and put your dd in it, or sling her.
