Tell me I'm doing the right thing...

I know this is best, & yet, I'm so tempted to go the other way 'cause it's easier (which I fully admit is lame).

I freakin' love our Safeguard Go. LOVE it. It's so easy to get dd in & out of. It's in my mom's car so that she can drive dd around occasionally. I have a Frontier in my car...which I loved...until we got the Go. Now I am tempted to put the Go in my car & use it as a primary seat.

But...I know I shouldn't do that 'cause the Frontier offers much better SIP, etc. Tell me I'm doing the right thing...so I will quit being tempted to make the switch....please!

No, it's not unsafe. It just doesn't wrap around as much, the headrest isn't nearly as substantial, etc. I just feel that it doesn't offer her as much protection & don't think I want to compromise on that for daily use.

But dang, it's sooooo easy!!

Um... look at my siggy...

I ditched the Recaro Shield as soon as summer hit the other day, because, well, it's hot. The Go is just so....airy! And it matches the Frontier...I figured the kid using the FR as a booster needed more SIP, and the Go has a harness so....:cool:

I would be comfortable using it, but even moreso if I could put my child in the middle position with it, because of the lack of sides and shell compared to a traditional combination seat. :twocents:

If the RN XT doesn't install well with the belt somewhere in my car, it's going back, the FN is getting lit on fire, and I'm getting a Go for my primary seat. I LOVE that thing!
