If you have both a Snugride and a MyRide, I have an experiment for you.

I had a Snugride base installed with a locking clip on the test bench at work today. Well I unbuckled it to move it out of the way to show a mom the recline range for the MyRide. I didn't install it on the bench, I was just using it to illustrate what I was talking about. After I got done talking to the mom, I started to go put the MR away, then I looked at the seat belt hanging there with the locking clip attached and went, HMMM. So I threaded the belt, without removing the locking clip, added some weight and buckled it. It was rock solid.

Then I had to take the MR and SR base out the the Armada and try it there. 4 seating positions with the same results.

Cool huh?

So anyone else that has both, try it out and see if it works for you. Please.

Wow. Wish I'd known that when I helped a Mom switch the SR for a MR (both with locking clip).

There's gotta be someone else with both that can try this to verify that it works in multiple vehicles!

Yes, I can try it. I have a suburban test bench at my work and I can try it in my Malibu.
