I just have to say this is the first time I have owned a Recaro seat and I am soooo pleased with the Vivo. It a VERY solid booster and not flimsy feeling like the TB. DS2 got his first today since it was shipped to my house and I am taking DS3 later today to my sisters to pickup his Crimson Vivo she got for me from JCP.:D I am very happy with Diapers.com and how fast my Vivo got here. I ordered it yesterday morning and it was here at lunch today.:2thumbsup:

Here is a few pics of the boys in DS2's Cobalt Vivo. He loves how soft it is and it fits him alot better IMO than the TB or the B510.;) Not alot of leg support, but the boys both said they are very comfortable in it.

Does it look like the headrest needs to gone down one more notch or is the shoulder belt placement good? How does the fit look overall for the boys?

Looks good, I really like ours. I want to buy ours from Josie, lol. The manual says the tops of the ears should be in the middle of the wings.

I ordered two Vivos off of JCP when they were on sale last week. I got them yesterday. I was hoping to replace our Britax Parkway with one of the Vivos, and have the 2nd Vivo for an extra seat (I do tons of carpooling). My 7yr old son has LONG legs and has been complaining for some time now about how his thighs hurt in the Parkway due to (I think) the short seat length.

DS tried the Vivo out and even tho the Vivo's seat measures basically the same as the Parkway, the Vivo doesn't have a slope to the front of the seat so it seems longer. DS says the Vivo is very comfy, but he complained a bit about the lack of padding on the back of the headrest compared to the Parkway.

I also have a Monterey on backorder from Hipmonkey that should be here in the next couple of weeks or so. I saw a Monterey in person today and I think it will be a much better fit for DS. The seat looks a bit longer, and the whole booster is a bit bigger.

So I might just return one Vivo, keeping one for carpooling purposes, and wait for the Monterey.

BTW what are the DOM on your Vivos? Mine were from 12/07....

The DOM's on both of my Vivo's are 12/07 also, but I kinda figured that's what they would be at the discount price they were at.;)
