    EZ On back zip harnesses

I see these recommended a lot for children/teens who escape from seats or unbuckle boosters. Can't the kids/teens just unbuckle the seatbelt like they had been doing? Or am I missing something?

From what I understand, the belt ends up in a very inconvenient spot for them to do so, and they are pretty well restrained.

And some have floor mount tethers that go down from the sides of the vest to anchors on the floor which cannot be reached by the person wearing the vest.
