Would you call man. about this?

I took out my replacement EFTA cover last night to change them so I can wash the current one. I noticed this on the back of the cover. I think this cover is brand new or used for 1-2 months. The 3rd picture is the "good" side. Would you call Evenflo about this? The cover is about 8 months old, but hardly used.

That ripped/frayed seam? After 2 mos.? Yes, I'd call about that.

I am not sure what it is.
The back of the cover, black plush part, is supposed to be one piece with no seam, but there is a cut that it looks like they attempted to glue together. There is a weird foam thing in the "seam".

Would you call man. about this?
