I bought this for River to wear this summer and it is huge. There is no way she will be able to wear it so I need to sell it to get something smaller.

I paid $31 plus shipping for it and I will take best offer.

If you want let me know and I will take a picture of River in it so you can see how big it is.

We have the 6-12 mo size, bought 4 years-ish ago for our dd. It still fits our ds, who is a skinny 3T. So, yes, they run a bit big.
