I'm trying to figure out if I can latch the car seats in the 2nd row. It appears there is only latches for two car seats (by both windows). Is that right?

That's correct for the '03-'08 Honda Pilots - they have sets of lower LATCH anchors for the second row outboard (side, by the window) seating positions, and you're not allowed to use those outboard lower LATCH anchors to install a carseat in the second row's center spot. Honda changed this for the '09 Pilot which has 3 full sets of lower LATCH anchors in the second row for installing up to 3 carseats with LATCH.
