I should have bookmarked the sites when I saw them before.... I know there are some websites out there with some good literature on child restraints and car safety that I can print. I want to print some out for my daughter's daycare. Especially some on extended rear facing. We have a bookshelf in the lobby with magazines and literature for parents to read.
Also, this morning I saw a boy in a booster seat and I realized I'm not well versed on when to move a child to a booster. My daughter's daycare only goes up to about age 6, though I think most children are younger, around 4 or 5. I was shocked to see this boy (who I'd guess is 4, but I'm bad with ages) in a booster this morning, as I expect my daughter will be in her True Fit until she is about 6 (or maybe more). Is that wrong to expect? When is it safest to move a child to a booster with a vehicle seatbelt? And I don't mean what the law says. I mean is it safest to keep a child in a harness as long as you can or does that become unsafe in itself at a certain point? If you have a link to some good printable literature on this too, I'd greatly appreciate it.
