Old BLVD vs. New BLVD

Did they just change the head wings? I went to install a friends newer BLVD today for her 9mos 22lber...and it seemed like the harness adjuster was in a better position then my older style BLVD. Did they change that to? Or was it just my imagination? Anyway it was an easy install as i have never had a hard install with the boulevard lol

They changed the headwings in June 2008. They changed the crotch buckle to a 2 click buckle, and the weight to 35 pounds RF in March/April 2008. But I do bealieve the harness adjuster stayed the same. It is moved on the BV CS though.
