Hi There,
For anyone who might be interested, Diapers.com has a price match guarantee, so I emailed them and said that the Britax Frontier was on sale for 15% off with free shipping at Babies R Us, and they applied a $42 credit to my account, to make it the same price from them, but the code will work with any Britax from their store, so since the Roundabout is only $179.99 (some patterns), you can get the Roundabout for $137.

When you go to Diapers.com, click on the price match guarantee button, then click on the email link. It will open an email with a form in it to fill out. The Babies R Us 15% off promo code is 928068.

Hope that helps!
Kelly

The Roundabout is not a frequently-recommended seat around here, because while it serves a niche, it does not last as long as we would prefer either rear- or forward-facing. Especially rear-facing, many kids will outgrow it long before we'd want to turn them. So it's not the most cost-effective thing to do with your money.

It's a nice seat if you've got space constraints and lots of kids to pass it down among though, I suppose.

I would so spend $137 on a roundabout if I didn't already have a compact convertible. It's my favorite seat I've owned. The $200 range is more iffy given how soon it is outgrown (which is the only downfall), but I wouldn't think twice under $140 if I was in the market.

OP, thanks for posting the deal. :)

See, for that price, I'd get a True Fit, or a Coccoro, or a...

It's just a seat I'm not very fond of, and I haven't found it to be my favorite, to install or to use.

I do agree it has it's place in the market. Just not going to work for everyone. :)

Technically, it's a 15% discount and free shipping on any Britax, but if they price match the most expensive seat (ie the new Marathon CS for $299 and 15% off = $45 off), then you can apply the coupon to any Britax ($179.99 being the cheapest they sell, minus the discount = $134.99 (I got $137 because I price matched a cheaper seat).

Not sure if that makes sense, but I just wanted to put the word out.
The customer service is excellent, the price match anything and everything, and they have 1-2 day shipping. I just ordered my sons the Klean Kanteen aluminum sippy cups and they price matched them and I got $5 off each one (sorry, I'm getting off topic!).

That's very cool! I do love a good price match.

I used to get my daughter's diapers from there when she was in size 7s because they're the only place I could get the mega boxes.

No, she's 3 years old and outgrew the 7s more than a year ago. :( She has to wear big kid "night pants" now, that's the only thing that fit; she outgrew every diaper and training pant on the market. Well, there are special needs diapers, but they are even more expensive. (Cloth diapering is not an option for us right now-- apartment living, and we can't keep enough quarters in the house to do the REGULAR laundry on time.)

Sounds like my son...fortunately, right when we moved into 6's, he decided to potty train himself, and now he also wears big-kid overnight pull-ups (we love the ones with boxers built in) and UnderJams. You can get any Pampers product for 30% off at Amazon.com right now...we're stocking up (I have 2 in diapers, and one wearing pull-ups overnight!).

My oldest weighed 30 lbs at a year, and is 3 he's 42 lbs, 42 inches!

Oh, did I mention that she's allergic to the Huggies brand night pants, and the Pampers ones don't hold as much as she pees overnight (or fit as well)? We have to buy the Kroger store brand, it's the only one that both fits and works and she's not allergic to. $7-8 (on sale) for 17 diapers. Yikes.

She's 3, starting to show signs of training but not there yet (we don't force it; my eldest didn't train until 4 years, 3 months), weighs 37 lbs., and wears size 5 clothes for length. She's got a looooong torso.

interesting. i agree with the other poster - it's my favorite convertible and i had to get one when my three year old was an infant because the MA didn't fit RF reclined in my previous car. if i didn't already have a MA for my baby, i'd jump on this deal. i haven't tried the coccoro, though and i must admit it looks cooler :)

and whoa! some RAs are down to $159 which means they'd be about $115 if you could swing the same price match discount. hmmmm.....
