Question MA DOM sticker

My girlfriend just gave me a MA that she doesn't need any more. I couldn't find a DOM sticker on it, but did find a number with the date 10/04 in small print on the large sticker on the side. Is that it? If not, will someone please tell me where else to look?

If the powers that be want us to destroy seats after 6 (or whatever other numbers others are), they should make it loud and clear for the average consumer. The carseat companies do after all make more money...

Thanks,
Stacy in MN

It's either under the cover near one of the child's thighs, or up in the shoulder region under the 'lip' that the cover hooks over.
