Is this fit ok?

I am worried about how the harness of our kf30 fits my 35 weeker. She is about 6lbs now and just over 19 inches, so the bottom slots are below her shoulders. However, the straps seem to hang over her shoulders, especially when she slouches to one side when sleeping. They just seem so wide even after removing the shoulder pads. Is is ok for them to gap a bit (not enough to pinch)??? I feel like I am over analyzing this, but just want to make sure she is safe. I will try to attach a link to pics on photobucket.

Thanks

I was just looking at those from your MR thread and thinking it was a great fit. Really, it's fine. Even in the most horrific crash she'd be well contained by a combination of lap straps and harness straps and the fact that most of the force is during the initial part of the crash is when her body will be cradled evenly by the seatback. Plus, she's super cute, and that cover is divine ;)

I did the same thing (looked at the MR pics and saw the KF lol)... I thought it looked great. Those straps seem wide even on older babies, it's normal :)What a beautiful baby!
