You need to submit your registration number to c-s.org. When they verify it, it will be listed as an option under your user groups and you can choose to select it :)

I think she means on the SK site. It will depend on when your isntructor gets around to it; ours did it the evening of the day we had our check! Some take up to a week.

Is that the same as my tech ID? I actually already had one... My instructor gave everyone their tech ID and told us that our password would be our last name but after trying about 10 times, I realized I already had a tech ID/account and password that I chose when I registered months ago. I guess the rest of the class registered through the instructor? Because I registered online through SK.

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure I didn't actually have to do anything before it switched. I'll just have to wait patiently... Or try to anyway.

ETA: Nevermind Maedze, I read your post wrong! Yep, I meant SK, not here. Oops.

Mine was a month later. I don't know why it was so slow, but it was. I finished my class the last week of June and my registration period for every cycle starts on July 28th. Others are techs that evening.

Well, mine took 8 months!!

SK kept "losing" my whole class's test scores. I had to call my instructor 3 times to submit them in order to FINALLY get my tech #. It was a horror story.

However, my recert date is in Feb now. SO, I got an extra 8 months to get my stuff done. :)
