1- width of harness webbing

1.5 inches
2- width of a buckle tongue
a- overall

Not sure what you mean here:eek: the buckle tongue including the plastic is 1.75 inches, the metal that goes into the buckle itself is about 3/8ths of an inch

b- opening for harness

again not sure... but buckle is about 2 inches, and the holes for the tongues are about 1/2 inch
3- width of splitter plate
a- overall

splitter plate is about 3 inches across, where the harness attaches is about 1 inch long.
b- harness slot

The harness slots measure approx 7, 9, 11, without infant padding.(s)

Does this help?

thanks. I think you got them except I'm looking for the width instead of the height of the harness opening in the buckle tongue (2b). :)

here's what I mean-

what I really want to know is if your hardware is the same, if the harness bunches like that and if it's been an issue.

Well why didn't you just say that:D Not been an issue at all. The buckle tongue opening that I think you want is just shy of the 1.5 inch measurement of the harness webbing width. Every once in a while the strap will want to "start" to fold, but I just fix it:) is that what you mean?

Yes, that's what I mean. I asked for the measurements to confirm that it is the same hardware. Interesting that it doesn't seem to bother anyone.
