Not sure compliance for RF is going to happen. That said -

child is 19 mos, 22 lbs. She is "tall" according to mom, but not sure how tall.

Vehicle is a 2002 VW Eurovan. Seating position is one of the middle two bucket seats.

Mom does not want to spend more than $120-$150 max.

Ready, set, GO!

The new Roundabout50 or Graco MyRide? Both are at her "upper limits" but it gives you a few more options.
