I am getting new EPS foam for my son's MA from Britax. The first one they sent me arrived in a horribly battered box and was broken. I called and they sent me another one. I got the second one today. It, too, was broken! ugh! I called again and they are sending a third one. I am not too confident it will arrive safely. I was told they put "fragile" stickers on the boxes, but neither of mine had that. The first box was an oversized box. The second one was much smaller and barely fit. there was NO filler in the second box at all. Am iI the only one with this kind of experience? I took lots of pictures and told Britax i would be happy to send them, but they declined.
