Extended Rear Facing - Thanks!

I just want to THANK this community for its advice and support on ERF car seats!

I cannot tell you how many times people have looked at me a little strange and said questioningly "you still have your twins rear facing (at now 25 months), I thought they HAD to be switched at 1 year/20 lbs" So it gives me a chance to spread the word on the benefits of not switching until it is time (weight/height for rear facing for the specific car seat).

I get all kinds of comments. If I try to educate the person and feel like I am getting no where, then I just ignore the person. A lot of people are open to the education, though. :)

I get strange looks all of the time, but the best so far was a woman around 70 or so who drove her car around to where I was parked at a gas station to show her friend. She was going off on how her legs would be broken and how bad of a mom I was.

Glad to hear that your little ones are still rear facing :)
