Are these Craigs list seats expired?

Hello,

I just came across this post on craigslist and I am pretty sure at least one of these seats if not all are expired.

expired seats?

I want to send a message informing the seller that these seats are not legal but wanted to make sure first.

Atleast 2 could totally not be expired.

I'm pretty sure the bottom 2 are. The top 2 could be ok.

Just a reminder that discussions surrounding seats found on craigslist/kijiji/used(fill-in-the-blank) sites should be placed in the CMC forum.
