I sent our GN back four weeks ago and was told I would be getting a prompt refund for the seat. I called today to find out when/if they'd sent the refund, they hadn't and there was no request for a refund to be sent according to the CS rep I talked to.
So basically they've had the seat in their possession for 3+ weeks and weren't going to do anything about it.
Just a vent and a heads up for anyone expecting a refund, if it doesn't show up in the timeline they told you CALL!
