Union International Food Co. Is Further Expanding The Recall Of All Uncle Chen and Lian How, sauces, oils, and oil Blend Retail And Institutional Products Due to Salmonella Risk. The Uncle Chen and Lian How brand products were distributed in the states of California, Oregon and Washington to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, restaurant suppliers and restaurants.

Arrow International Announces Worldwide Voluntary Recall of Intra Aortic Balloon Pump (IAB) Catheters. This recall is being conducted because a fault in the connector of the pump tubing assembly may result in the volume setting on the pump defaulting to 2.5 cc or 5 cc, rather than the appropriate 30, 40, or 50 cc volume.

And then there are all the pistachio recalls. It has been a really slow recall week if you could just remove those pistachios. This is the first week there has not been a single peanut related recall so maybe that recall is finally dying down.
