Seat that harnesses to 55 lbs?

Someone on another board said they have a seat that harnesses to 55 lbs. I can't remember a seat that harnesses to 55 lbs so can someone refresh my memory as to what seat it could be if there is such a thing? Thanks!

Fisher Price Safe Voyage Deluxe may be what you're thinking of. I don't think they are made anymore but you can find old DOM ones on Albeebaby.com

Yep the FPSVD goes to 55lbs.

Ah yes.. you're right! Thanks! I'm going to go find out if that's the seat they have.

ETA... Well... I don't think it is the FPSVP b/c she says after 55 lbs it converts into a booster. I just asked her which seat she has but I bet I won't get an answer. I'm hoping it's a Nautilus and that she doesn't realize it goes to 65 lbs.

Nania Airway? Or was that 50 lbs.

ETA: No, it is 50 lbs. I vote for she doesn't know the weight limit on her seat.

She's had the seat for a few years... so I don't think it is a new AO. I asked her in the thread and sent her an e mail so hopefully she'll write back. I know her DS is way over 40 lbs so he'd really be over the weight limit. Hopefully it's a Nauti and she's mistaken.

The Apex65 harnesses to 65# and then converts to a booster....it's been around for several years now.

The Nautiluses first came out with 11/07 DOMs. So if she's had it a few years it's not a Nautilus. And some Scandanavian seats go to 55 pounds REAR FACING and then turn into a booster. They don't harness forward facing there that heavy.
