I don't know the year. This is the new nanny's vehicle. Does anyone know of any possible issues or anything that I should keep in mind?

They've really changed a lot over the years, so it's hard to say, without knowing the year. Judi and I did two Radians and a Regent in a Land Rover, I want to say it was an early nineties, but she'll have to confirm that. It had leather seats, and they were very firm, and it wasn't very easy.

I wish I knew the year. I found a picture on FB but it's covered in snow, so pretty useless for identifying any more info.

I need to pull my LATCH manual and get an idea as to where tethers will be if it's new enough.

Thats a Discovery Series II so it could be a 1999-2004.

LATCH in my mom's Range Rover (2004?) sucks big time but seatbelt installs are easy. Seats in all Rovers are hard and pretty flat.
