Sold at: Independently-owned model and hobby shops from July 2008 through January 2009 for about $200 for the transmitter, or for between $400 and $500 for the transmitter when sold with a model airplane or helicopter.

Yamaha Motor Corp. Offers Free Repair For 450 and 660 Model Rhino Off-Highway Recreational Vehicles. CPSC staff has investigated more than 50 incidents involving 46 driver and passenger deaths in these two Rhino models. About 120,000 of the 450 and 660 model Rhinos have been distributed nationwide since Fall 2003.

Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. Announces a Nationwide Voluntary Recall of All Lots of Digoxin Tablets Due to Size Variability. Digoxin is a drug product used to treat heart failure and abnormal heart rhythms.

Kroger Recalls Kroger Lite Mayo sold in 32-ounce jars Due to Possible Salmonella Health Risk. sold in Kroger stores in Southwestern Ohio, including Cincinnati and Dayton, and in Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.

Halal International Processing, a York, S.C., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,925 pounds of beef, chicken, goat, and lamb products that were mislabeled and did not receive federal inspection. The frozen meat and poultry products were distributed to retail establishments in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Torres Hillsdale Country Cheese LLC Expands the Recall of "Aguas Calientes" brand and "El Jaliciense" brand Asadero and Oaxaca Cheeses due to Possible Listeria Contamination. Products were distributed to the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Alabama.

Union International Food Co. is Recalling Lian How Brand Spices and Uncle Chen's Brand White Pepper and Black Pepper in 5oz. Retail Containers Because of a Possible Salmonella Health Risk. This voluntary recall affects certain bulk roasted inshell and roasted shelled pistachios shipped on or after September 1, 2008. The bulk product was distributed throughout the United States.

The products contain a sell by date prior to 4/1/10 and were sold in Grocery and Mass Merchants in IA, IL, MI, MN, ND, and WI.

Chukar Cherry Company Announces Nationwide Recall of Products Containing Pistachios Because of Possible Health Risks. The packaged products were distributed throughout the United States via various retail outlets and gift shops as well as Chukar retail stores, mail order catalog, and internet store. Product was also sold in bulk in western Washington at REI, Ballard Market, Town & Country Market, and Central Market; in greater Chicago, IL and Troy, MI area Whole Foods; at Good Earth Natural Foods in Spearfish, SD and at Neuchatel Chocolates in New York, NY.
