DD must have had a growth spurt!

DD buckles herself into her Frontier so I haven't been paying attention to the height of the straps in relation to her shoulders. I mean, I've only had the Frontier for what? two months? It was set at the third slot from the top, which was above her shoulders when I first got it. Well, last night I noticed it looked like it had to be moved up... and not just one, but two slots! She's now at the TOP slot, which is barely above her shoulders at all! Probably more like even with them... I suppose I should probably weigh her again now too, considering I'm using the LATCH anchors. She was about 43 lbs 2 months ago. I doubt she's gained 5 lbs in 2 months, but I suppose it's possible especially seeing how much taller she's gotten!

I needed to buy 2 new seats for DSD1 and DSD2 and was going to get them a Monterey and a Radian... Now it looks like I might just get 2 Montereys for DD and DSD1 and give DSD2 the Frontier. I just don't know how well that's all going to fit...

Wow. That's a lot of growth in a short time.

Is there any reason not to use seatbelt when you reinstall? Then you don't even have to worry about her weight. If she's that close to outgrowing it by height anyway, this may very well be the last time it gets installed for her.

Yeah, the reason is I already reinstalled it before I thought about the weight issue. LOL

I plan to install it with a seatbelt in the new vehicle regardless, but it could be a week or two now before I get it. I'd rather not have to mess with it again until then...
