Should I call Britax now too? Frontier cover

We got dd seat in Dec and already it is just starting to fray (Rushmore cover -grey one). Should I call them? I can not imagine this cover lasting for 9 years!:rolleyes:
the fraying is happening by the adjuster strap and where her legs are in that same area. :thumbsdown:

I called them, she set up a account for me to send pics into. I kind of feel silly sending pics as this fraying is just starting. She said once that was in and reveiwed they will send out a new cover.

The more reports they get, the sooner they will maybe make a non-fraying-mesh cover!!! (I'm not buying one until they do.)

I guess I'm just worried that they will say no to the cover replacement, as it's just starting BUT it is only going to get worse right? it's only been used for 3 months. I'm also going to take a pic of the WATER DROP that got on it and STAINED it ..grrrr!

Man alive, a seat they're now charging $329 for shouldn't get a nasty cover that fast or easy. :thumbsdown:

I sure hope they send you a replacement cover. The sad thing is that once people run out of warranty on the seats they may just be SOL in terms of the covers getting to be in bad shape. :(
