What double strollers should I look at?

I am going to USA baby tomorrow and I am told they have a lot up strollers. I need a double stroller to hold a 2.5 yr old and an infant. I would like to attach an infant seat. I have thought I wanted a tandem, but I looked at a few online and am not opposed to a side by side as long as it lays flat and can hold an infant seat.

What strollers should I look at? I want to keep it under $300 total if possible. How do they compare to the Graco doubles. I have a Graco Quattro tour single which I really liked.

I've actually heard some good things about the Graco IPO strollers and they have a double of it now...I don't know if it's carseat compatible or not (probably not, I mean they want you to buy the DuoGlider for a reason, LOL) though.

Honestly, I think the only SBS that takes an infant carrier and is a typical SBS stroller is the PP Aria Twin...other than that, it's pretty slim pickin's and the price goes up exponentially from there.

I would probably only do the combi tandem and you can wedge some infant seats in the back. It is small and has extra wheels for better steering. Otherwise, I would stick with the mac, ingelsina, or chicco side by sides. The Graco IPO is particularly heavy and the sunshades fall off.

The double Ipo doesn't have the sunshade issue the single has. You can't put a car seat in it though.
