Do you have to undo the cover to install the TF?

NO! RF you can just use the little flaps on either side of the seat. If you pull the cover off completely you can't get to the snaps to re-do them. FF you just pull the middle velcro section up.

Just thought I'd add that when you first get the seat it is good to take the bottom part of the cover off as per the instructions just to familiarize yourself with what is under there before you get started installing. If you are installing a new seat RF with LATCH/UAS you'll likely need to switch the connectors to the opposite side and this is easier to do with the cover off. But then it is best to put it back on and just use the flaps for the actual install. :twocents:
