Need help / hints on Britax harness debacle

OK, so maybe it isn't a debacle but I don't know what DH did to ODS's Regent harness the last time he used it. The male end of the right-side harness buckle is completely backward. You can't possibly buckle it without twisting it at this point. I've tried to 'fold' the harness strap back through the buckle (which makes me have old Radian nightmares!) and have failed. I NEED to get this thing righted ASAP. Any hints on how to successfully fold that harness strap back around and flip the male buckle? TIA!

I'd just unthread the harness and take it apart and rethread the entire thing properly.

OK, it was a PITA (mainly because I had to reinstall the Regent) but it worked. Thanks for your help. :)

Ahhh...we had that same problem for awhile. The harness was twisting under the seat at the metal. Follow the strap toward the buttock area and you'll see the hole that it is routed through. There is a black elastic loop and a little black plastic clip (sewn to the cover) that you thread through the metal square to keep it from twisting when hanging loose, KWIM? :) We had this problem after washing the cover for the first time and not realizing where that loop connected.

Ditto Keri... we thread that black elastic through the metal "ring" at each end of the harness at the bottom of the seat and so far, so good.

Here are a couple of pics... (Looking at the back of the seat, this is at the bottom of the seat in the left "corner".)
