some keyfit questions

I'm thinking that I might want a Keyfit... but have a few questions first (I searched and didn't find anything)...

How much does the seat weigh?

and anybody know the measurement of the seat back?

Okay, I put it on my scale and got 8.8

The seat back is about 19 inches. I

edited: Is this for the little charge in your siggy? My ds is 5 months old and on the top slot already, but he is allll torso (11+inches). Been in the top slot since
2.5 months or so. THe top slot is about 11 inches. He still has about an 2-2.5 inches above his head.

Thanks! Yes is is for S. I'm sending back his SS1 and deciding if I want another infant seat or just a convertible. and also if I want a Keyfit or another SS1. He is even with the middle slots of the SS1
