Just wanted to add another :thumbsup: for Evenflo CS. I've had issues with our EFTA and they promptly offered me a refund. I just received the self addressed, self stamped envelope for my straps. Can I add that it pained me to cut apart an almost brand new (3 months) seat? 
The letter explained what to include in the envelope, how to mail it, etc. However, the last paragraph said something along the lines of "After cutting off the straps of your seat, discontinue use. Dispose of seat by placing the seat in a sealed, dark colored trash bag to keep the seat out of the hands of parties who are unaware of the seats history.":thumbsup:
I don't get my tax back though. Only the original price of the seat. $139.99.
