Argh! What do I want to do with my 5 yr old?

So I just realized my 5 yr old now needs moved up to the top slots of the Radian. I mean, like, I should have moved the straps a while ago. I didn't realize that growth spurt was THAT big...geesh!

So, she's on her top slots there.

The issue is that I need to replace the 3 yr old's marathon and I was considering a Nautilus that I would harness either one of them in. Would depend on where it fit in the vehicle or what my mood was basically

Then she would use it as a booster when the time came.

Now I'm just wondering if that is still what I want to do. $180 to harness her for how much longer? Realistically, I probably won't harness her for more than another year. But I don't have a big problem with putting her in a good booster now either. But, I waffle there.

I still need to check her height and weight. But she's around 50# and as tall as my 7 and 9 yr olds (I know that doesn't help much...like I said, I will try to measure her and get back here soon)

Anywho, initial thoughts?

If you're comfortable with 5yo in a booster, start booster training now, and when she outgrows the RN, she can sit in a booster full time.

How quickly do you need to replace 3yo's MA? Do you have time to booster train the 5yo, so 3yo can inherit the RN?

The GN makes a good booster, not a great one. In your situation, assuming you don't have to replace the MA pronto, I'd rather spend the money on a great booster for the 5yo.
