I put my Olli in my sister's Civic yesterday, and it fit great. I had trouble getting it LATCHed in, BIL had to get the inboard anchor, but once it clicked, it fit like it was built in. The belt fit great, better than it did in my Ody, and the vehicle has adjustable headrests in the outboard positions.
ETA: 9-year-old Eva was the passenger. I did lock the seatbelt, because she tends to fidget.
