We were at Sears tonight (trying to find a play place, but couldn't. So we wandered around stores instead to give daddy time to write an essay)
While there I saw the seats and decided to try my baby (19 months old, 24 pounds, not sure of height) in them.
He fits the Avenue NICELY. His shoulders are still below the 3rd set of holes (though if it reclines that may not be true anymore? I'd have to see where it was after installed before knowing for sure how he fit). And he seemed quite comfortable sitting in it.
The Comfortsport was sitting on one side of him. Same price as the Avenue. LOOKED the same height, but he was already on the 4th holes and nearly too tall for the seat, once seated.
The Titan was on the other side, and although he looked nice and comfortable, again was too close to the top to buy the seat.
Unfortunately, the Sceneras were not out where he could try them out.
The only Avenue they had available to buy was the brown and pink one, but the pink is just an accent color on it, and I found myself thinking I'd have no problem with it for a boy. It's rather pretty.
