DD's favorite cousin (5YO) has been wanting to move to a booster but she's such a petite little thing (about the same growth curve as my DD2, who wasn't much over 30 lbs at 5YO) that DD's and I have pretty much convinced her parents that she shouldn't move to a booster yet (esp. since they live in So. Cal and have to do a lot of driving, and b/c she's on the Asperger spectrum like my DD1).
So the last time we got together over the President's day weekend, we brought down our spare CarGo that I'd just gotten back from a family in my twins club who had borrowed it for their ODD (until they had enough saved up for a Frontier that they got during the Britax sale). Since DD's still fit the harness by height I took a couple pics of each of them sitting in the seat and put the pics on a little card that we tied to the harness (the three of them invented their own "Girls Club" that they call the "Glazy Glitzy Girls" so I wrote something like "official Glazy Glitzy Girls Carseat" on the card).
Yesterday we got a note from the cousin's mom thanking us for the seat and saying that her DD doesn't complain about being in a 5 pt. seat since it's a "Glazy Glitzy Girls" seat. Ahhh, the positive uses of peer influence
