Was wondering if anyone has had personal experience with a 100# or more child in the Monterey? I have seen the 10.5" measurement for the bottom, and that is pretty narrow for a heavy, short kiddo. I am afraid this kiddo won't be able to get his behind in it. (I once tried a short 95# in a Compass and the child was wedged in. Compasses have more behind room)!
He would still need a booster for a y harness and there is the weight issue for other boosters. I still need to see him in person, but I want to get my ducks in a row.
I have a clek here. How does it compare to that? I could sit him in the clek and get an idea anyway.
I would appreciate any thoughts or measurements.
