I thought of you all when I read this: reminds me that when we don't buckle ourselves or properly restrain our children then we keep moving at the same speed as the vehicle before it crashes! Although, I may be completely missing the point the author was trying to make about mindfulness (about breathing in synch with the vehicle's movements or something) because I'm *into* the CPSafety aspect of it Of course awareness is necessary when operating a vehicle, but I'm more likely to desire being aware of the safety of the situation than feeling inner peace Call me crazy, but I imagine meditating while driving is not a very safe idea As a passenger, well, that's a different story....
