Weirdest thing happened....

......I was going to my moms to install her new Scenera for a daycare kiddo and I just knew I was going to need a pool noodle.

I was walking to my car and out OF THE FREAKING BLUE......there was some kind of pool noodle that blew into my yard.

How weird is that?

It isn't a pool noodle, but looks like it is made of the same material. It is gray like it is used in some type of construction and it has no hollow hole in the middle.

This got me to thinking that the people that are looking for pool noodles in the winter should look at the hardware store. I saw some pipe insulation that was pretty thick and looked exactly like a pool noodle too!

That sounds like exactly what came as padding with my water heater, a light black pool noodle. I cut it up into three pieces and used it for two infant seats.

Freaky about it coming out of nowhere!

Yeah, you just gotta love the wind in NE. We really only notice when it's not windy:). Yay for the "pool noodle."

There is a water heater distribution plant across the street so I am assuming that is where it came from.

Either there or the car seat God :sarcasitc-bow:

That's awesome!
I wish those car seat gods would send something to my yard, or at least make DH realize that our ComfortSport sucks. Oh, and if there are oobrs flying around I'd like a scurvy (even though I won't need it for 3-4 years!)

But seriously, I wish I would have known I could use something from Home Depot before I spent the $10 on a "Car seat stablizer" that was too long and I had to cut anyway.
