Does the harness on a 3pt Evenflo OMW come off?

Yes. Turn the metal O-rind on the terminal end of the harness, and pass it through the shell, buckle, chest clip, and back out the other slot in the shell. Pull up on the harness adjuster housing to slide it out of it's slot in the shell.

Meh. I couldn't get the o-ring through the buckle. I took the screw out and took the whole adjuster housing off. I'll put it back when I reassemble the seat.
I'm not using it in the car and whatever housing should be on the terminal side isn't there anyway.
