Do I have to have the recline mechanism in full recline mode?

I lost the manual even though I could have sworn it was in it's little spot.

rf ma is always in recline mode. It is easy to get it more upright by pulling the base away from the seat bight.

Yes, the seat itself must be in recline mode.

It is, however, possible to install it more 'upright', by pulling the foot away from the bight of the vehicle seat and pressing straight down while you are installing :)

Thanks! I knew I could get it more upright, I just didn't remember what position I had to have the recline set to. :)

Now to get my truck back so I can put it back in.
