Nautilus adjuster strap fraying.

Excuse typos, etc. DD's birthday party was today and my brain has shut down.

Anyhoo a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the adjuster strap is fraying pretty bad on DS's GN. I called and the lady immediately said that they would send us a new seat. Well 2 weeks went by and no shipping label, so I emailed this time and they emailed back and said again that the part is not replacable so they will send us a new seat.

Anyone else have this problem? I almost never adjust DS's straps so I thought it was very weird that its fraying that bad.

Mine is fraying too, in the middle part, not on the edges.

Another thing to talk about on my call to them tomorrow.

Ours is fuzzing on the edges, just like our MA's. It started quicker with the Nautilus though...about a week after we got it.

:mad: I got the letter today with instructions on how to send it back to them. I was told that they would send a shipping label and would cover the costs to ship it back. Well in the letter it states that shipping costs are my responsibility. Should I email them back and see what's up?

I definitely would e-mail or give them a call. You shouldn't have to pay to return the seat to them, in my opinion.
