3 years old: RF or FF?

I would love input on this from a poll perspective.

My DS is 34 months old. He is almost 29lbs and 38.5" tall.

He is currently RF in a Marathon. Being that here in Canada our Marathon's are only weighted to 30lbs RF I am going to have to turn him soon or buy a 35lb RF seat.

So what would you do in this situation?

    T ~ 7.8yrs ~ 48lbs ~ Skurvy Oobr Booster
    L ~ 4.6yrs ~ 35lbs ~ FF Frontier (harnessed)
